Please DO NOT call the surgery regarding the COVID Vaccination as this overloads the phone lines and disadvantages other patients. We are offering a 'Walk In Clinic' for the Pfizer vaccine for anyone aged 16 years and above. This is for 1st or 2nd doses (if within the 8 week time frame) The clinic is to be held at Fareham Fire Station on 30th September from 12pm to 18.00pm.
We are now taking bookings for the OVER 65 Flu vaccinations
We currently have two clinics on for those aged OVER 65yrs - Or if you are turning 65 before the 31st March 2022.
The dates are as follows: 9th October & 16th October .
These clinics will be held at Fareham Health Centre (Not at Portchester Community Centre)
Please contact Reception to book your appointment.
There will be other clinics added at a later date dependent on supply / Deliveries.
We will post as soon as we know when the flu vaccine for patients aged 18-64 is arriving and Clinics are on the system.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Access & Facilities
There is wheelchair access via the ramp at the north entrance or by lift at the south entrance. We have automatic entrance doors and disabled lavatory facilities. There are reserved car parking places for the disabled in the car park to the rear of the building and in all the adjoining public car parks.
We have a baby changing and feeding area and children’s play area. We are also a breast feeding friendly surgery, you can sit in reception or if you wish we have a mother and baby room for more privacy; please ask at reception if you need a chair.
